Here are some screenshots i took from the [AntiGon] vs [ASi] clan war. This was one of the last great clan wars in Nox. There was massive amounts of shit talk, and both teams consisted of the best Nox players.

It was early 2005 iirc. The official servers were still up at this time. very shortly after this, the official servers went down so Clans and ladder weren't possible anymore.

Cool, I would have guessed that earlier. I don't know, when the systems went down myself =)
So...you didn't continue to play afterwards with the same people? Like, trying to hold some kind of a system with yourselves while at it?

Yes, people kept playing, But it wasn't the same without dedi servers.
back in 2005, most people didn't have good internet connections that could host servers. So the hosting was very unreliable, And no one could host Big servers like 24 player ctf.

Some people came around like a guy named d00d3r hosted dedi servers for awhile, but, nothing long term.


Yeah, looking back, I wish we worked harder to keep the game alive. Most people just gave up and went to other games.

A Time Machine? This is the weapon of evil forces. But i also want to see Nox multiplayer in 2000 with ranks and other deleted things.
