Locking elevator

Hello.
I need a little help again.
Does anyone know how to lock elevator from a top?
I tried to disable the elevator by ObjectOff(Object("myelev")) but it didn't block the upper pit connected to every elevator.

PS: please don't use the other scripting editor I don't wanna mess with that. I am sure it's possible with the standard map editor scripting. I just don't know how.

You should check SMTH map (which you probably don't have) or wiz03b map. There is an elevator behind the Stravas cottage. That elevator is locked from the top as you need and it gets unlocked when you kill all the bandits or something like that.
