how to modify 'thing.bin' file?

i try to modify 'thing.bin' file by nox mod suite.
but nox mod suite is just show information of bin file.
this program can't modify to 'thing.bin' file...
how to modify 'thing.bin' file?

noxpacker.exe can do that.

This thing uses data from the system registry. Make sure, you set the correct path to your Nox copy and exe name starts with additional slash.
For example:
e:\Documents\My Projects\VS 2008\Nox Infinity\TechAlpha_WIN32\client\\game.exe
Two slashes are really important!
